This event is a charity run and walk taking place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Kiwanis Park in Kitchener, Ontario. It marks the 13th anniversary of the event. It is part of Run Waterloo's Run Love series and supports the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario.

Children aged 12 and under receive a discount on the entry fee for the 5 km and 10 km events. Strollers and their occupants can participate for free, but must be accompanied by a participant registered in a different sub-event.

The event takes place primarily on dirt trails within Kiwanis Park. The 10 km course is two loops of the 5 km route. Water stations are provided on course.

The first 700 entrants receive a free technical t-shirt. A finisher medal is given to all participants who complete their event. Post-race refreshments and musical entertainment are provided.

Registration is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable. Kit pick-up is available at Conestoga Mall in Waterloo on the Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday before the event, as well as on-site on race morning. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
