Kitchener Kids with Cancer is a Run Waterloo fundraiser held at Kiwanis Park in Kitchener, Ontario. The dirt-trail course stays entirely within Kiwanis Park, with one loop for 5K and two loops for 10K, and is certified with multiple water stations.

A 10-minute-per-kilometer time limit applies. Perks include a finisher medal for all and a free technical t-shirt for the first 700 registrants, plus post-race refreshments and music.
