TrailX in Benton, LA combines trail running and functional fitness across obstacle-course divisions of about 4, 7.5 and 11 miles plus a kids 1-1.5 mile FIT Challenge. Obstacles include carries, low crawls and a tire rubber minefield.

June 2026

Trail races at Bogue Chitto State Park offering a 5 mile loop and a 10 mile two loop course on dirt trails. Water refill stations are provided for personal bottles, awards for top three men and women, food from New Orleans Mission.

July 2026
