June 2027

Trail weekend at Blair Castle on 5 June 2027 with multiple race options from a kids fun run to an ultra, organised by Outsider Events.

On June 6, 2027 at Hopetoun Estate, Spartan Scotland stages Sprint, Super, Beast and a kids race, with an option to attempt the Trifecta in one day.

A 5k obstacle course at Strathclyde Country Park on Saturday 12 June 2027 where participants climb, crawl and slide while raising funds for cancer research. Open to people aged 13 and over with a minimum fundraising target of £50.

A historic 96-mile ultra along the West Highland Way from Milngavie to Fort William, limited to 300 runners with entries opening 1st October.

August 2027

Scottish 6 Days Perthshire 2027 is a five day forest orienteering event in Highland Perthshire from 1 to 6 August 2027, marking the 50th anniversary. It features varied terrain, age class and colour coded courses plus rest day activities.

A fully supported, waymarked 100 mile ultramarathon from Glamis Castle to Stirling Castle held 28–30 August 2027, with staffed pit stops, professional medical cover, bag transport and a 48 hour completion window.

May 2028

A 34 miles single-day ultra from Perth to Pitlochry, Day 4 of the MTC SCOTIA series, limited to 40 competitors with mandatory kit, tracking and 4 mph cut-offs.

Point to point race from Perth to Pitlochry on 30 May 2028 of about 34 to 35 miles with a 4 mph minimum and a limit of 40 competitors.

June 2028

A one-day ultramarathon of 39 miles from Kingussie to Inverness and listed as Day 6 of the MTC SCOTIA series. Field size is limited and the race enforces a minimum 4 miles per hour average; it is cup free.
