This event is a 5k obstacle course taking place on Saturday 13 Jun 2026 at Strathclyde Country Park, 366 Hamilton Road, Motherwell ML1 3ED. The course invites participants to climb, crawl and slide around Strathclyde Loch.

The route is flat and the start and finish are on tarmac. It begins by the Watersports Centre, goes to the north end of the loch, then follows the eastern shore to finish near the Sandy Beach car park. The start line is located on the grass by the Clyde Car Park close to the Watersports Centre and the finish is by the Beach Car Park.

Participants must be at least 13 years old on the day. Events run in waves with each wave starting 15 minutes after the previous one. Marshals are present on course and participants may skip obstacles if needed. There is a separate Pretty Muddy Kids option for children aged 12 and under.

Facilities listed for the event include refreshments, toilets and parking. The venue advises that general parking is extremely limited and recommends car sharing or drop offs where possible. Blue badge parking will be available close to the start.
