Tiree 10k & Half Marathon : 2 May 2026, Isle of Tiree

The Tiree 10k & Half Marathon is an annual road and beach event on the Hebridean island of Tiree. The event uses an east end course with finish activity on the beach at Gott Bay. The 10k is one lap of the east end course. The half marathon is two laps of the same course, with runners passing the beach finish area after the first lap and completing a second lap before finishing. The event began in 2006.

Entries, logistics and awards

Entries for the 2026 event are listed as closed. Entry fees published for the event were £30 for the 10k and £40 for the half marathon; a service fee of 4% (minimum 50p) applied to each sign-up. Sign-in and number collection take place at The Lodge Hotel. An evening dance is held at An Talla, Crossapol, and a prizegiving is held later the same evening with awards for top overall results, age groups, teams and some spot prizes. The event is part of a tri-island challenge covering Mull, Coll and Tiree, with a special medal and combined-time recognition for those completing all three events.
