Trail Running calendar near Smalley 2026-2027

Guided 18 miles trail run across the Malvern Hills on Saturday 17 April 2027, visiting ridge summits with over 1300 m of ascent. Led by an experienced guide at a social group pace, with an alcohol free beer possible afterwards.

A 10k trail race in the Nene Valley countryside starting and finishing at KC Active in Kings Cliffe. The circular route is fully marked and marshalled and includes a staffed aid station.

Off road ultramarathon around Calderdale with 50 mile and 30 mile options following the traditional Calderdale Way, passing Heptonstall, Todmorden and Brighouse. Six aid stations and cut offs of 17 hours and 10 hours.

A five mile trail race at Clock Face Country Park on Sunday 9 May 2027 held in memory of Chris Lam. Organised by Widnes Running Club with chip timing, podium prizes for men and women and an age minimum of 15.

A Star Wars 50th Anniversary weekend on 5 and 6 June 2027 at Caldecotte, Milton Keynes featuring marathon and half marathon races around Caldecotte Lake, unique finisher medals, on-course water and toilets, and time limits for each race.
