Trail Running calendar near Nottingham 2026-2027

A well-marked 50-mile ultra on 26 March 2027 from Manchester to Liverpool along the Trans-Pennine Trail, with six supported checkpoints, mandatory kit requirements and a 14-hour cut-off. Live GPS tracking is provided.

Flat, primarily canal towpath races centred on Sowerby Bridge, offering 100 km, 50 km, half marathon and 10 km distances with chip timing and staffed aid stations.

Normanby Hall Adventure Race on 4 April 2027 features 5 km and 10 km cross country courses with water, mud, sand, crawl nets and jumps. A bale jumpers event is provided for younger participants and Curly's Athletes organise the event.

Cheshire Ring Ultra 100 Mile 2027 is a supported 100 mile ultramarathon in the Ultra Great Britain Race Series, scheduled for 25 and 26 September 2027 in the United Kingdom with live online GPS tracking via GB Race Tracker.

A single day ultra of about 35.5 miles from Wigan to Tarporley that forms Day 4 of the MTC Albion end to end of England. The field is limited, entrants receive tracking devices, and a 4.0 mph minimum pace is enforced.

Circular canal and river routes from Moseley Rugby Club offering 18.5, 26.5 and 30 mile options, mostly off road and flat. Checkpoints provide food and drinks, with showers, parking and finishers receiving a badge and certificate.
