Trail Running calendar near Leighton Buzzard 2026-2027

A London ultramarathon in the Lea Valley on 20 March 2027, listed on the Camino Ultra event calendar. The event is set in the E15 2HB area of London.

A PARAS'10 event in Friday Woods featuring a 3 mile loop with one to three laps, categories for runners, TAB entrants and canicross. A 2 mile junior race is available for ages 10 to 15.

A guided trail half marathon around the Surrey Hills, about 13 miles from St Martha's Hill in Guildford, following parts of the North Downs Way and notable viewpoints. The run is social in format with a guided pace and evening options.

A 32 mile mostly traffic free urban loop around the Black Country, starting and finishing at Baggeridge Country Park on 21 March 2027. The route uses disused railway lines and canal towpaths and can be entered solo pairs or teams of four.

A looped trail event at High Lodge Thetford Forest offering distances from 5k to ultra marathon, lap-based formats, on course aid at the lap point, medal options and refreshments at Oak Lodge. Part of entry fees support forest upkeep.

Seven consecutive days of timed running on certified out and back routes along the River Thames in Walton on Thames. Distances from 5 km to ultra are available and finishers earn daily mementos plus a seven day lantern medal set.

Repeat the same 6.71 km loop every hour on Beacon Hill until one runner remains; includes a full open-ended format and a 12 hour taster with support between laps.

Multi terrain races around Chasewater Reservoir on 28 March 2027 offering 20k, 15k, 10k, 5k and a Junior Run. Entrants receive a bespoke medal, free photos and prizes for leading runners.

A two lap multi terrain 10 km trail race on Easter Monday around Mortimer Fairground and local woodlands, with a canicross option, chip timing, medal and free race photos. The undulating course is not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs.

The Brighton Marathon Weekend will take place in Brighton from Saturday 3 April 2027 to Sunday 4 April 2027. You can run between 10 and 42 kilometers.

A single loop 50 km trail race from Arundel through the South Downs with marked trails, four aid stations, live GPS tracking and 2 ITRA points.

A 40 or 50 mile trail ultra along the Testway from Linkenholt to Totton in Southampton, with aid stations every 10 miles, marshals and medical support. A shuttle option is available for an extra £10 and there is a 14 hour cutoff.

Three trail routes at Stanmer Park on 3 April 2027 across the South Downs Way, with varied terrain, marked aid outposts and timed results.

A night running challenge at Hyde Hall Farm offering twelve hour or six hour shifts under the stars. Head torches are required and hot drinks plus an aid station are provided with a medal for every finisher.

A 42 km trail to road marathon across the South Downs featuring an ascent of Ditchling Beacon and a final 6 km into Hove Lawns on the Brighton Marathon course.

A cupless trail half marathon through Thetford Forest on mixed hard-packed and grassy paths, with podium trophies, manual timing, and a minimum age of 17.

Scenic mixed terrain races along the Thames at Remenham Farm in Henley on Thames. Options include a Half Marathon, a 10K and a Junior Race with marked trails, marshals, chip timing and post race goodies.

A circular 54-mile ultra and a 26.2-mile marathon from Brixworth Country Park through Northamptonshire trails, roads and canal towpaths with real-time GPS tracking.

A 50 mile point-to-point race along the South Downs Way from Worthing to Eastbourne, featuring about 5,700 ft of climb, seven staffed aid stations, mandatory kit checks and a 13 hour finish limit.

Four 50 mile Centurion Running events from 10 April to 13 November 2027 make up the 50 Mile Grand Slam.
