A volunteer run 30 mile trail race on Vancouver’s North Shore that supports North Shore Search and Rescue. The course follows the Baden Powell Trail, has nine aid stations and a 10 hour cutoff, and uses random selection for entries.

Buckin’ Hell is a mountain trail race at Mount Seymour Resort near North Vancouver offering 35 km, 50 km and a 50 km two person relay through technical North Shore trails with substantial climb and descent. A 1 km kids fun run is included.

August 2026

A multi day endurance event at Lake Padden offering six, twelve, twenty four and thirty two hour races on a marked 2.6 mile loop with night lighting, on course aid, and awards for top finishers.

A vertical kilometre in Gibsons on August 1, 2026, where runners can compete for King or Queen of the Mountain or climb together socially. Participants gather at the top and descend together.

A trail race on August 8, 2026, starting at Fairhaven Park and running into Larrabee State Park. Routes showcase forest, lakes, and narrow ridgelines with options of 12K, 25K and 50K and significant elevation gain.

Trail race weekend in Squamish, British Columbia on August 15 and 16, 2026. The 50 mile course features over 85% singletrack and more than 11,000 feet of ascent and descent.

September 2026

A 21 km trail half marathon and relay on Bowen Island circling Mount Gardner, held around Labour Day and sanctioned by BC Athletics. The event supports the Bowen Island Trail Society and opens registration in April 2026.

A trail running event at Smoke Bluffs Park in Squamish on September 5, 2026, offering 3 hour timed formats, a single lap Coffee Run, and a 1 km Little Lapper for children.

Poco Trail Relay on September 6, 2026 is a four‑leg team relay in Port Coquitlam. Teams of 1 to 4 share the course with staffed exchange points and a finish at Hyde Creek Rec Centre.

Experience a historic 25 km self supported trail race through the stunning alpine meadows and volcanic landmarks of Garibaldi Provincial Park.

A two day 70 mile trail relay at Moran State Park on Orcas Island, run over twelve legs by teams of two to six. The course moves through forests, lakeshores, wetlands and the 2,399 foot Mount Constitution summit.

Trail races at Alice Lake with local and virtual options across marathon, half and shorter distances, limited to 350 participants and including a 5 CAD donation per registration to the CMHA STEPS Program.

October 2026

Valley Vertikiller is a trail race on Teq’qéyex (Sumas Mountain) with 10 km, 20 km and 30 km courses featuring significant elevation gain, single-track trails and aid stations. Teams compete for trophies and cash prizes.

A trail running event circling scenic Cultus Lake. The 22nd edition features a 30 km solo or relay race and a 1.5 km kids run. The race starts and finishes at Main Beach.
