Event Overview

The 5K Foam Fest in Surrey, BC, is an obstacle-based fun run. Participants complete a 5 km course featuring over 25 obstacles, including mud pits, foam, and an inflatable waterslide. The event is open to participants of all ages and abilities, and all obstacles are optional, allowing individuals to complete the course at their own pace.

The festival area provides music, food, local vendors, and a beer garden. The event also serves as a fundraising platform for Make-A-Wish Canada.

Age Requirements and Kids Zone

  • Ages 7 and up: Eligible to participate in the full course. Children aged 7 to 12 must be accompanied by a registered adult. Participants aged 13 to 17 do not require a chaperone.
  • Ages 6 and under: Not permitted on the main course but can access the free Kids FUN Zone, which features a mini inflatable obstacle course and bounce house under adult supervision.
