Last Legend is a Trailsplus trail running event held on 14 December 2025 at Woodlands Park in Melbourne’s north-west. The course is a 2.5 km loop run on repeated laps with a diminishing time format. Participants are encouraged to wear festive red and white running gear.

Race format and entry options

The event uses a repeating 2.5 km loop where runners complete the loop within a set time and then start again according to a diminishing time schedule. Entry options include fixed distances and an unlimited-laps option called "All the Way." Distances offered include:

  • 10 km
  • 25 km
  • 42 km
  • All the Way (unlimited laps)

Entry fees vary by distance and booking period. Fees include GST but have additional ticketing fees at checkout. Tickets can also be purchased on location on race day; on-day purchases include an extra admin fee. Bibs are available for collection on the morning of the race.

Location and fundraising

The event location is Oaklands Rd, Greenvale VIC 3059, at the home grounds of the Living Legends. Trailsplus donates $1 per participant to Canteen, the Australian organisation for young people living with cancer. Trailsplus has donated more than $80,000 to Canteen; in 2024 the event had 117 competitors and those runners plus online donations contributed $157 to Canteen.
