The Silver State 50/50 is a trail running event in Reno, Nevada, offering multiple distances contested on dirt trails and dirt roads.

The course surface is 100 percent dirt. The 50K uses seven aid stations and the 50M uses nine aid stations. Elevation change is substantial: the 50K climbs 6,100 feet and descends 6,100 feet, while the 50M climbs 9,500 feet and descends 9,500 feet. Course elevations range from 4,700 feet to a high point of 8,266 feet. There is no race-day registration.
This edition marks the 41st running of the Endurance Runs and the 18th running of the Trail Half-Marathon. The 50K is included in the PAUSATF MUT Grand Prix Schedule. Both the 50-mile and 50-kilometer courses are noted as useful training for longer trail races such as the Western States 100 and the Tahoe Rim Trail 100.
Terrain includes single track, rocky sections and pine forest, with views of the Sierra Nevada and the Truckee Meadows. Aid stations provide a range of nourishment including salty and sweet options. The event starts and finishes at Rancho San Rafael Park, with post-race food and drink available at the finish. Registration closes Wed, May 13 at 11:59 PM PT.
