The Carson Canyons Trail Runs take place at Long Ranch Park in Carson City, NV on September 27, 2025. Distances offered:

  • 6K - figure eight on jeep road and single track, 4 miles, about 900 feet climbing
  • 12K - daisychain route, 8 miles, about 1,600 feet climbing
  • 22K - 14 miles, about 2,100 feet climbing, mostly single track, three aid stations
  • 30K - 18.2 miles, almost 3,000 feet climbing, mostly single track, three aid stations

All runners must check in on race morning for bib assignment; there is no Friday evening check-in. Packet pick up is race morning only. Aid stations will serve water and snack-type refueling items; this is a no-cups event so each runner must carry a water bottle for refills. There are no finisher or division place awards. Finishers aged 21 or older receive a coupon for one free draft beer with an appetizer purchase at a downtown Carson City brewpub. Parking is available on Longview Way and Waterford Place next to the park. Registration fees vary by distance and by date, with higher fees for later and race-day registration; race-day registration accepts cash, check, or Zelle only.
