Labor Day Dash 5k: Hidden Valley Regional Park, Reno, NV

The Labor Day Dash 5k takes place on September 5, 2026, at Hidden Valley Regional Park in Reno. The event is a USATF sanctioned trail race held on a mostly flat course with a few rolling hills and scenic views. The course is entirely on trail.

All participants receive a Sport Tek t-shirt, a finisher medal, and a sticker. The event is open to ages 5 and up. Overall awards include an overall award medal for the top three male and top three female finishers. Additional ribbons are awarded to the top three finishers in each age group and gender.

Medical services will be provided by REMSA. Only service dogs are allowed at the event because it is a sanctioned USATF race.

The race is a fundraiser benefiting Azteca FC. Azteca FC is a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to provide athletic opportunities in track and field, cross country, trail running, soccer, and futsal. The organization is a registered USATF club in the Pacific association, Region 14, and has athletes in northern California and northern Nevada.

A dog friendly 5K and 1 mile event at North Tahoe Regional Park with an expo, non competitive activities, and a fundraiser supporting local animal rescue and veterinary care.

On June 20, 2026 at Sparks Marina runners complete a *4.167 mile* yard each hour until one person remains; mini Backyard races of 3, 6, 12, and 24 hours use the same rules and award finishers.

The Run to the Beach - Tahoe Vista will take place in Tahoe Vista on Saturday 4 July 2026. You can run between 5 and 10 kilometers.

A multi-distance trail endurance event on the Tahoe Rim Trail held July 18-19, 2026, offering 23K, 50K, 100K and 100 Mile options. The races are ITRA qualifiers with published time cutoffs and support local trail and community programs.
