Lost Dutchman Marathon
The Lost Dutchman Marathon is a multi-distance trail running weekend held in Apache Junction, Arizona, on MLK Day Weekend (January 16–17, 2027). Events take place on desert terrain around the Superstition Mountains and along the Apache Trail, with several course maps provided for each distance.

- Marathon 26.2 miles
- Half Marathon 13.1 miles
- 10K 6.2 miles
- 8K Trail Run 5.0 miles
- 2-Mile Fun Run/Walk 2.0 miles
The 8K is described as an off-road trail run featuring natural terrain and elevation through the Superstition Wilderness. The 2-mile Fun Run/Walk is a family friendly event held during the Saturday race expo. The event weekend includes multiple race days and course options for a range of participants.
Organizers report community involvement and fundraising as part of the event. Past reporting notes $1.04 million donated to local youth and more than 27 benefactors in 2025.
