Pass Mountain Trail Runs takes place at Usery Mountain Regional Park in Mesa, Arizona on Saturday, November 14, 2026. The event is part of the Aravaipa Running Desert Runner Trail Series and offers multiple trail distances from short to ultra.

Courses use trails within Usery Mountain Regional Park and nearby public lands, including sections through Cholla forests, the Levee Trail, Pass Mountain in the Tonto National Forest, the Goldfield Mountains, Bulldog Canyon, and the Hawes Trail System. Aid stations are placed roughly every 3.0 to 8.6 miles and provide water, electrolyte drink, sweet and salty snacks, and fruit; runners are asked to carry at least one bottle of water. This is a cupless race so participants should bring a reusable cup or purchase one on site.
Event services include chip timing with results displayed at the finish, gender specific cut race shirts, post race food, and on site athletic therapy. MedStar Solutions medical staff will be based at the start and finish. Parking requires a park entry fee of seven dollars per vehicle and some entrants will use shuttle service from overflow parking. Crew, pacer, and drop bag rules vary by distance; pacers are permitted only for the 50 Mile at specified aid stations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
