Courses run from the Pass Mountain Trailhead Staging area and use one or more loops that pass through the start/finish after each lap. Trail names used on the course include Noso, Blevins, Moon Rock, Levee, Spillway, Cat Peaks, Cat Peaks Pass, and sections that include climbs named Quartz and Go John. The terrain is described as a mix of smooth runnable trails with some rollers and rocky sections.

Aid support includes a fully stocked main aid station at the start/finish and a remote Levee Aid station that runners pass each loop. Aid station supplies listed include water, ice, electrolyte drinks (Gnarly Hydrate), salty and sweet snacks, fruit, pb&j, bean rollups, and hot food such as quesadillas and grilled cheese. The event provides a designated drop bag area at the start/finish. Crews are allowed at the start/finish only and pacers are not allowed for any distance.

Additional details: the park charges a $10 entry fee per vehicle as of 1/1/26, all night runs are cupless so runners should plan for reusable cups, and the park offers developed camping sites with utilities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
