Course and format

Courses use a network of trails at Usery Mountain Regional Park, including Noso, Blevins, Moon Rock, Levee, Spillway, Cat Peaks, and Cat Peaks Pass. The terrain is described as mostly smooth and runnable with a few rollers and rocks. Each distance passes back through the start/finish area after each lap.

Aid, support and rules

There is a fully stocked aid station at the start/finish and one remote aid station on course (Levee Aid) that participants pass each loop. Aid station supplies include water, ice, electrolyte drinks, salty and sweet snacks, fruit, pb&j, bean rollups, and hot food options. Crews are allowed only at the start/finish area. Pacers are not allowed for any distance. A designated drop bag area is available at the start/finish. MedStar Solutions medical staff will be on site for first aid.
