Crew access and drop bag storage are available at the start/finish. Crews are allowed at the start/finish for all distances. Pacers are permitted only for 75K runners beginning with the third loop. Live split tracking is provided during the race. MedStar Solutions medical staff are based at the start/finish and may remove participants for safety reasons.

Parking is organized by distance with shuttles serving the 4 Peaks Trailhead; the park charges a $10 entry fee per vehicle. Course marking uses orange ribbons with black polka dots, reflective medallions, laminated signs, and checkerboard flagging for wrong way trails.
