- 50K (30.1 miles)
- 25K (15.1 miles)
- 15K (8.9 miles)
- 7K (4.5 miles)
Course notes: the longer distances use the Pemberton Trail Loop (approximately 800 feet of elevation gain and loss per 25K loop) with all loops run clockwise. The 7K and 15K use a hilly Scenic Trail option. Courses are marked with orange ribbons, reflective medallions, laminated signs, and flagging to indicate wrong-way trails.
Support and logistics: a fully stocked main aid station is located at the start/finish with at least one remote aid station (Granite Tank) on the long loop; aid items include water, ice, electrolyte drinks, snacks, fruit, sandwiches, and hot food. The race is cupless; participants should bring a reusable cup or may purchase one on site. Crews and drop bags are allowed at the start/finish. Pacers are permitted for the 75K beginning with the third loop and are not allowed for other distances. Parking and shuttle arrangements vary by distance; some distances use a staging-area shuttle to the start/finish. Camping and park facilities are available at McDowell Mountain Regional Park.
