Course details note roughly 800 feet of elevation gain and loss per 25K loop. All Pemberton loops are run in a clockwise direction. Courses are marked with orange ribbons with black polka dots, reflective medallions, laminated junction signs, and checkerboard flagging to indicate wrong-way trails.

Aid and support include a fully stocked start/finish aid station and a remote Granite Tank aid station on the long loop. Stations provide water, ice, electrolyte drinks, salty and sweet snacks, fruit, pb&j, bean rollups, and hot food options. This is a cupless event; participants should bring a reusable cup or may purchase one onsite.

Logistics include crew access and drop bag areas at the start/finish; pacers are allowed only for the 75K beginning on the third loop; parking and shuttle arrangements vary by distance. Medical staff are based at the start/finish. The event features chip timing, finish line photos, live split tracking, and finisher awards.
