Highland Cow Charity Run is a 5km race organized by the University of St Andrews Athletics and Cross Country, held at East Sands, St Andrews, Fife. The route follows the Coastal Path up to the Kinkell Byres, offering a scenic course for runners of all abilities and a competitive edge at the front. Online entry is limited to 150 participants, with separate options for students and non-students; number collection and on-the-day registration are available.

The event features medals for the top 80 finishers, manual timing, and results posted on the Facebook page, plus snacks and photography. Spoiled Life will be at the finish with purchasable drinks.
