Overview

The Desert Runner Trail (DRT) Series is a set of trail running events presented by Aravaipa Running and Maricopa County Regional Parks. The series runs across the Valley of the Sun from October 2025 through March 2026. Events include multiple distances at each race, ranging from 5 kilometers up to 100 miles. Participants earn points at each event and compete in the DRT Series Finale at White Tank Mountain Regional Park in March.

March 16, 2026 : White Tank Mountain Regional Park

Series passes and rules

Series pass options provide discounted pricing for multiple races; the Fall Series pass offered a 20% savings off individual entries. Pass pricing listed in the event information had deadlines and did not include tax. The series policy states there is no refund for missing one or more races included in a pass, and substitution of races is at the discretion of the Race Director.
