Courses include single-loop and multi-loop formats. The 50K follows a single loop that briefly enters the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. The 50 Mile route includes several out-and-back climbs that reach Thompson Peak and returns through the start/finish area for a final loop. Short but steep climbs and winding single track are present on the competitive track sections.

Event services include chip timing with live splits, aid stations located roughly every 3 to 10.5 miles, bib and shirt pickup options, and designated drop bag locations for longer distances. Crews are allowed only at the start/finish area. Pacers are permitted for 50 Mile runners on the final loop only. Race courses are marked with ribbons, reflective medallions, and directional signs; runners are responsible for knowing the course layout.

Additional on-site details note a park entry fee per vehicle, a cupless approach with reusable cups available, first aid staff at the start/finish, and awards for top three male and female finishers at each distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
