The Mayhem Night Trail is a night trail running event on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at McDowell Mountain Regional Park in Fort McDowell, Arizona. The event offers the following distances:

The race is part of the Insomniac Night Series and corresponds with the McDowell Mountain Frenzy day races. Completing a distance at both events on the same day qualifies entrants for a Double Down medal.
Course and logistics
All courses stay within the competitive track area and use winding single-track trails with short steep climbs and drops. The 25K, 10 Mile, and 5 Mile courses have separate key stats for distance, total elevation gain, and maximum elevation. Aid stations include one full remote aid station (Gate Aid) plus a water-only station on course. The full aid station provides water, ice, electrolyte drinks, salty and sweet snacks, fruit, pb&j, bean rollups, and hot food options. Crews are allowed only at the start/finish area and pacers are not permitted for any distance. A drop-bag area is available at the start/finish. The event is cupless; reusable cups are available or participants may use their own. Park entry requires a vehicle fee of $7.
