Mayhem Night Trail is a night trail race at McDowell Mountain Regional Park in Fort McDowell, Arizona. Distances offered include:

The event is held on the park's competitive track trails. Courses use winding singletrack with short, steep climbs and drops. The race is held the same day as the McDowell Mountain Frenzy day races; finishing a distance at both events qualifies for a Double Down medal.

Course and logistics

Aid on course includes one full remote aid station (Gate Aid) plus a water-only station passed each loop. Aid supplies listed include water, ice, electrolyte drink (Gnarly), salty and sweet snacks, fruit, pb&j, bean rollups, and hot food options. Crews are allowed at the start/finish only. Pacers are not permitted for any distance. A designated drop bag area is available at the start/finish.

Courses are marked with orange plastic ribbons with black polka dots, reflective medallions, laminated signs at junctions, and blue-and-white checkerboard flagging for wrong-way trails. MedStar Solutions medical staff will be based at the start/finish and may remove runners for medical reasons. The event is cupless; reusable cups will be available or participants may bring their own. Park entry charges apply per vehicle. Pets must be leashed and are not allowed on-course.
