Course marking includes orange plastic ribbons with black polka dots, reflective medallions, laminated signs at junctions, and blue and white checkerboard flagging to indicate wrong way trails.

Aid support includes one full remote aid station (Gate Aid) plus a water only station passed every loop. Aid station supplies listed for the event include water, ice, electrolyte drinks (Gnarly), salty and sweet snacks, fruit, pb&j, bean rollups, and hot food options such as quesadillas and grilled cheese. Drop bags are available at the start/finish area.

Operational rules note that crews are allowed only at the start/finish and that pacers are not permitted for any distance. Medical staff will be based at the start/finish headquarters and can withdraw participants for safety reasons. The park charges a vehicle entry fee and no pets are allowed on course; pets at the event must be leashed. Camping is available at park sites and a group campground a short distance from the event. The event is cupless so participants should bring their own cup or purchase a reusable option. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
