Take on the Angry Cow Trail Run and Obstacle Race at Rockford Lake on May 30, a lively 4 to 5 mile route through woods and pastures with obstacle challenges along the way. Camping and rucking options are offered, register by May 15.

No Shame Shindig returns June 27 to Willow Creek State Recreation Area near Pierce Nebraska, adding a marathon to 50 mile, 50K and half marathon fields. Enjoy limestone trails, swag and finish line treats.
