No Bull Around

No Bull Around is a timed endurance running event held May 14–16, 2027 at Willow Creek State Recreation Area near Pierce, NE. The event offers multiple timed races on a measured out-and-back course along the Limestone Hike/Bike Trail; each loop is 2 miles out and 2 miles back for a 4 mile total per loop. The Start/Finish and main aid station are at the Warren G. Otto Picnic Area boat launch. The campground serves as the turnaround and as a crew access point.

Willow Creek SRA provides several camping types including electric, basic, and equestrian sites; Willow Way Campground contains about 165 electric sites and additional basic sites. On-site amenities listed for campers include picnic tables, fire rings, drinking water, a dump and fill station (located in Pierce about five miles away), restrooms, showers, and laundry. About half of the campsites take reservations; remaining sites are first-come, first-served with self-registration via iron ranger stations.

The event supplies food and hydration throughout the day with hot meals scheduled daily and vegan or vegetarian options. An unmanned aid station at the campground will offer water, ice, Tailwind Sports Drink, and snacks. Pacers are permitted after the specified elapsed times for each race category. Awards are presented to top male and female finishers in each category; winners receive custom plaques and there are time-specific medals or buckles. Registration closes May 13, 2027.
