NCTRaces: Bird Sanctuary is a charity trail event on April 18, 2026, with 10k and 20k courses through the Douglas County Wildlife Area. Participant fields are limited to 75 per distance and registration is via UltraSignup or in person.

May 2026

Trail run and walk in Cable on rolling single track through Bayfield County Forest, with 5K, 10K and half marathon options plus age group awards and local homemade bread and jam for all participants.

June 2026

Experience the Wisconsin Northwoods with trail races ranging from 5 km to 50 km. Run through old growth forests and enjoy panoramic views of Lake Superior at this community fundraising event.

Run a half marathon, a 5K run or walk, or a 1K kids Cubbie Run in Minocqua on June 27, 2026. Most of the course follows the Bearskin Trail and proceeds benefit the Lakeland Pantry.

Midwest States 100 is a trail race in Wisconsin's Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. The course primarily follows the historic Ice Age Trail. Camping is available at the race campground.

Porkies 100 Endurance Races take place in Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park on September 19 to 20, 2026. A 50 mile loop serves both the 50 mile and 100 mile races, featuring steep technical trail sections and remote stretches.
