NCTRaces 15x is a last runner standing event held at Palmer's Landing in Solon Springs, Wisconsin. The format requires participants to complete a 1-mile out-and-back course every 15 minutes. Runners are eliminated if they fail to complete the mile within the 15-minute window.

The course is 99% single-track on the North Country Trail, with the exception of the parking lot start/finish area. The start/finish area at Palmer's Landing features a fully stocked aid station and space for participants to set up personal canopies, cars, or aid station areas.
