A memorial 5K run and walk at Owen Bell Park in Dayville CT that raises funds for a scholarship for Killingly Ag-Ed seniors. The day includes a 5K, a walk, and a kids fun run on off-road paths with possible trip hazards.

A 12 hour loop race in Lawrence Woods, Middlesex Fells Reservation on July 18, 2026. Runners follow a 4.24 mile technical loop with about 410 ft gain per lap and use a Bring Your Own Everything support approach with minimal aid.

August 2026

A community cross country meet at Stonington High School offering a 5K and a children's 1/2 mile. The course mixes track, quiet campus streets, trails, grass, and finishes back on the track.

A four mile beach run at low tide on Nantasket Beach in Hull, Massachusetts. The out and back course starts near the Mary Jeanette Murray Bath House and raises funds for Hull Boosters and The Emma Ryan Memorial Fund.

A seaside set of timed ultra-marathon events at Colt State Park in Bristol, Rhode Island, offering 6 hour, 12 hour, and 24 hour formats with separate entry periods and fees.

A trail event at Noon Hill Reservation in Medfield offering a 10 mile loop plus 50K and 40 mile ultra options, mostly singletrack with roots, rocks, and a scenic Noon Hill vista; proceeds benefit The Trustees of Reservations.

A 5K off-road trail run, walk, and hike at White Barn Farm through Wrentham conservation land. The event is part of the Farm to Trail 5K Series and raises funds to support local agriculture and food pantry donations.

Ocean State Ultra in West Greenwich, Rhode Island (August 29–30, 2026) offers a 100 mile race with a 34 hour limit plus 12 and 6 hour loop events; registration runs March 30 to August 17, 2026.

September 2026

A trail 5K at Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary in Edgartown on September 5, 2026, with a 0.25 mile kids run for ages eight and under. Registration has set fees and bib pickup is handled at the sanctuary and proceeds support conservation.

A free 3 mile out-and-back beach run at Westerly Town Beach held at low tide. The community event is organized by the Westerly Track Club and the Stavros family as a memorial run.

A one mile obstacle course in Warren, RI with two giant mud pits, kids play area, food and giveaways. Proceeds support Thrive Outside and its programs to expand youth access to nature.

The Arc'teryx Run Boston will take place in Milton on Sunday 20 September 2026. You can run 10 kilometers.

A 5K trail run at Goddard Park in Warwick, RI on September 26, 2026, with a bayside course and start and finish near the golf course clubhouse. Open to all ages, with published entry fee tiers and on site parking and facilities.

A trail event on the Moosup Valley State Park Trail featuring 5K, 8K, 10K and a Kids Fun Run. Parking and the finish are at Weidele's Pizza with post-race food, awards and a medallion or shirt option.

October 2026

Trail races at Bradford Preserve on October 3, 2026 feature 5K, 10K and a free kids run on dirt trails with seasonal course markings and a required orange clothing rule per state regulations.

A 5K fall trail run and walk at Ryan Park in North Kingstown on October 3, 2026, benefiting the North Kingstown Firefighters Association. Registrations before September 14 include a race day t shirt and top finishers receive medals.

A timed trail ultra in Cumberland RI offering 8 hour, 12 hour, and 34 hour options for individuals and teams up to four. The 4.2 mile loop mixes smooth trail and moderately technical rocky sections.

An annual 5K cross country run or walk in Franklin Park supporting Boston Latin School Athletics. Team registration is new for 2026 and fees are tiered with free entry for BLS students.

A 5K run and fitness walk at Highland Park in Attleboro on October 4 2026. The traffic free grass course uses two laps of a 1.55 mile loop and includes a kids 100 yard dash plus a virtual 5K option.

Trail races at Houghton's Pond in the DCR Blue Hills Reservation follow rolling dirt roads and forest paths with rocks and roots. Two distances are offered, about 7 miles and 3.7 miles, with notable elevation change on each course.
