FOOT IT FOR FELIX 5K

This event takes place on September 5, 2026, at Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary, 100 Felix Neck Drive, Edgartown, MA. It is organized as a trail running and walking event set on the sanctuary grounds.

• 0.25 mile kids fun run

The 5K course uses woodland trails, open fields, and coastal viewpoints at the sanctuary. Descriptive elements of the route include pine needle lined paths, stretches of goldenrod, and views toward Sengekontacket Pond and State Beach. Participants may observe local bird species such as prairie warblers, red winged blackbirds, catbirds, and towhees while on the trail.

Registration details differ by event. For the 5K, registration opens May 1 and closes September 4 with a standard fee of $30; day of registration is available at a higher fee. The kids fun run registration opens May 1 and closes September 3 and has no registration fee. Bib pick up is handled at Felix Neck on race day and day of registration and bib pick up take place at the Felix Neck Office; there is no Friday afternoon bib pick up.
