Stonington Cross Country 5K

The Stonington Cross Country 5K takes place on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at Stonington High School in Pawcatuck, Connecticut. The event includes a main 5K and a children's 1/2 mile open to ages 10 and under. Registration and the course start are located on the track.

The course begins with one loop on the track, continues for about 1/2 mile on quiet dead-end streets within the school campus, then moves onto trails that include a mix of single-track and double-track surfaces. Runners exit the trails onto grass, cross a bridge, and finish at the 50-yard line on the track.
