TARC Summer Classic - Noon Hill Reservation, Medfield MA
The Trail Animals Running Club presents a trail event centered on a single undulating 10 mile loop at Noon Hill and Shattuck Reservation. The loop starts and finishes at Holt Pond and is almost entirely forested gravel or singletrack, with a very short road section of around 100 yards. The course follows sections along the Charles River and includes a scenic vista at the top of Noon Hill.
The terrain is not overly technical but contains roots and rocks throughout. Each loop includes approximately 1,000 feet of elevation gain, including the climb to the Noon Hill viewpoint. The 50 km field uses an additional short loop around Holt Pond at the start to reach 31 miles.

Event entries are limited to 150 participants. Event proceeds go to The Trustees of Reservations, an organization that protects places of ecological, scenic, and historic importance in Massachusetts.
