Hopkinton Turkey Trot
The Hopkinton Turkey Trot is a community running event in Hopkinton, MA on Saturday, November 21, 2026, offering multiple distances and a mix of road and trail terrain.

- Little Locals 1K
The course starts and finishes at Hopkinton High School, 90 Hayden Rowe St. Early miles use the Center Trail, a packed gravel path through conservation land; later miles run on Main Street Hopkinton. The 10K follows a loop route that includes W Main St, Whalen Rd, Loop Rd, and Chamberlain before returning to the high school.
Aid stations are positioned at miles 1, 2, 3 and at mile 5 for the 10K. Water and an electrolyte drink are available at all stations.
The 5K uses wave starts based on expected finish pace: Wave A for sub 25 minutes, Wave B for 25 to 35 minutes, and Wave C for 35 minutes and slower or walkers. The Little Locals 1K has all participants start together immediately after the 5K.
Parking options include the main Hopkinton High School lot, which opens early and is the closest to the start and finish, and an overflow lot at Hopkinton Middle School 0.3 miles away served by a free shuttle. Downtown street parking is limited and some streets will be closed on race morning.
Registration and packet pickup are scheduled for 7:00 AM. The event FAQ covers registration details, distance changes, stroller and dog policies, bib pickup, bag check, awards, and post-race food.
