The Medieval Backyard Ultra will take place in Cosmeston Lakes Country Park from Saturday 24 April 2027 to Tuesday 27 April 2027. You can run 7 kilometers.

May 2027

Malvern Hills Ultra 2027 is a running event on 1 May 2027 at Abberley Village Hall in Worcestershire offering MHU 47, MHU 38, MHU 31 and MHU 23. Entry fees range from £70 to £95 with additional transport, deferment and transfer options.

Multiple trail race distances in the Stroud area using towpaths, disused railway tracks and Cotswold hills, with a route that ascends to Selsley Common for wide valley views. Water, marshals and first aid are provided on course.

A five mile trail race at Clock Face Country Park on Sunday 9 May 2027 held in memory of Chris Lam. Organised by Widnes Running Club with chip timing, podium prizes for men and women and an age minimum of 15.

Part of the inaugural Welsh Festival Of Running, the 100 Mile Challenge at Dare Valley Country Park gives runners 34 hours to cover 100 miles on a 5 mile loop. Entries are available for individuals and teams, with a timed 34 hour option.

July 2027

A point to point half marathon along canal towpaths from Wolverhampton to Brindley Place in Birmingham, featuring a 360 metre tunnel, time trial wave starts and floating drink stations every 3 miles.

A supported ultramarathon in the United Kingdom on 24 and 25 July 2027 offering 100 km and 100 mile options. The event is organised by GB Ultras Ltd and is part of the Ultra Great Britain race series with GPS tracking.

A skyrunning mountain event in Eryri's Ogwen Valley on 31 July 2027 from Plas y Brenin, Capel Curig. Three distances 40K, 25K and 15K run on marked technical trails with on course support and chip timing.

A single day ultra of about 35.5 miles from Wigan to Tarporley that forms Day 4 of the MTC Albion end to end of England. The field is limited, entrants receive tracking devices, and a 4.0 mph minimum pace is enforced.
