Trail Running calendar near Eskdale 2026-2027

A short fell race in Burnsall with a steep 274 m climb over 2.4 km. Entry on the day is available for £6 and junior races run alongside village sports.

PFW Running Ribble Runfest is a multi-distance trail event in Preston on 23 August 2026. Routes loop through Avenham Park, Miller Park and Upper Farm nature reserve with aid stations, marshals and a bespoke finisher medal.

Join the Arnison Crag Horseshoe fell race in Patterdale on Sat 29 Aug 2026, starting at King George Playing Fields as part of Patterdale Dog Day. A steep 5 km with 300 m climb, entries on the day £5, minimum age 14.
