Trail Running calendar near Fernie 2025-2026

Two premier skyrunning races in Crowsnest Pass on June 27, 2026: the 33.5 km Minotaur hosting the Canadian Nationals and the 10.5 km Mini Taur hosting youth continentals. Expect steep alpine terrain, big views and tough competition.

Experience the rugged Seven Sisters Mountain trails at Sinister 7 Ultra in Blairmore, Alberta on July 11, 2026. Choose from 100 mile, 50 mile, 50k, half marathon, relay or kids race across seven scenic stages for all levels.

The Divide 200 is a 200 mile ultramarathon in August 2026 from Castle Mountain Resort, Alberta, through the rugged southern Rockies. Expect remote alpine ridges, route finding, and a capped field of 100 with Garmin inReach support.

Black Spur Ultra is held over two days at Kimberley Alpine Resort on scenic single and double track trails, with 21k, 54k and 108k distances plus relays. Longer courses are UTMB qualifiers and finishers get swag and a post race meal.
