Inflatable 5K York

The Inflatable 5K event in York, North Yorkshire, is an outdoor obstacle run built from giant inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels. The course is organised as a 2.5K lap and offers several distance options for participants.

• 2.5K: 1 lap, 15 obstacles
• 5K: 2 laps, 30 obstacles
• 10K: 4 laps, 60 obstacles
• 15K: 6 laps, 90 obstacles

The event is non timed and participants may run, jog or walk. On-course features include five music zones, a midway water station, event photography, medical cover, a clearly marked route and a free spectators area. Every participant receives a finisher's medal, and finish line goodies and a drink are provided.

Participant rules note that adults are classed as 16 and over and children are 5 to 15 years old. Children aged 5 to 15 must run with a paying participating adult at a ratio of up to three children per adult. Dogs are not allowed and spectators must remain in designated areas.

Practical details at the venue include toilets, paid parking at £5 per car, and a bag drop option charged at £3 per bag with size limits; all bags are subject to search.
