Proceeds benefit the Tryon Farm Institute. The series states a policy that transgender runners may register as the gender they identify with without providing documentation.
Course and logistics
The course is a 4-mile loop made up of open grassy fields, single-track dirt trails, and very small sections of pavement used to reach other parts of the trail system. The main station is at the start/finish area. There will be a non-manned water/Gatorade aid station near the 1.5-mile mark of the loop. Two port-a-potties will be available at the main station; there are no bathrooms on the course. Due to no parking at the start/finish area, participants will park across the street at Head Start of LaPorte County, 811 Royal Rd, Michigan City, IN, and walk over. Runners are asked to wear their bib on the front of their shirt so laps can be counted. The course is available on the Relive app and on Strava.
