About the race
The TransRockies Run - Pass to Pub is a three-day trail running stage race held in Leadville, Colorado, from July 26 to July 28, 2027. The route traverses the continental divide between Hope Pass and Red Cliff and passes through alpine sections of the Colorado Rockies with views of nearby fourteeners.
The event is staged over three consecutive days with overnight camp at the end of each stage where participants recover and gather. The race is fully supported with tents, live bands, a mobile shower truck, catered meals, athletic therapy and massage. Registration is limited to 500 runners and the event is organized by TransRockies. Registration opens November 11, 2026.
Distances offered:
- Full Pint - 51 miles (82 km), 9,635 ft (2,937 m) vertical gain.
- Half Pint - 35 miles (56.3 km), 6,855 ft (2,089 m) vertical gain.
A race schedule lists a shuttle from Denver International Airport to Leadville and opening ceremonies on the day before the first stage, the three stage routes on July 26-28, and breakfast and return shuttles after the event; shuttle services are noted as not included in race entry.
