Three Sisters Skyline takes place in Sisters, Oregon on Saturday, September 20, 2025. The event offers two trail distances:

The 50K runs to the edge of the Three Sisters Wilderness and passes through Ponderosa pine forest, areas of regrowth from a 2012 forest fire, alpine meadows, and a mountain stream. The first 9.7 miles include a steady climb of about 2,300 ft to aid station 1. The course has about 3,700 ft of total climbing and 4,700 ft of total descent, is 95% single track, and includes three fully stocked aid stations. Both races finish in the town of Sisters.

The half marathon is a point-to-point trail race with a net downhill of about 1,500 ft and about 500 ft of uphill gain. It is approximately 85% single track and has one aid station at mile 7.1.

Logistics and policies

The event uses a shuttle for transport to the start; the shuttle ride is about 15 minutes and runners are not permitted to be dropped off at the start due to limited parking. Runners may bring warm-up clothing to the start for transport back by the race director. Registration fees vary by date; the 50K ranges from $130 to $155 and the half marathon from $105 to $130. Each finisher receives a medal; top three finishers in each gender category receive sponsor prizes. The beneficiary is Sisters Trail Alliance.
