The Three Sisters Skyline is a running event in Sisters, Oregon. It takes place on September 19, 2026. The event features two distances: a 50K and a half marathon.

The 50K course reaches the edge of the Three Sisters Wilderness. Runners pass through Ponderosa Pines, an area recovering from a 2012 forest fire, alpine meadows, and near a mountain stream. The route includes 3700 ft of climbing and 4700 ft of descent. Approximately 95% of the course is on single-track trails. There are three aid stations. The race finishes in the town of Sisters.

The half marathon is a point-to-point route with a net downhill of 1500 ft and 500 ft of climbing. About 85% of the course is on single-track trails. It has one aid station. Both courses offer views of the Three Sisters and other Cascade peaks.
