Three Sisters Skyline is a trail running event held in Sisters, Oregon, with the start/finish area at Village Green Park. The event offers the following distances:

Course and logistics

The 50K runs to the edge of the Three Sisters Wilderness and passes through Ponderosa pine stands, areas affected by a 2012 forest fire with regrowth, alpine meadows, and a mountain stream. The course includes a steady climb of about 9.7 miles gaining ~2,300 ft to Aid Station 1, a total ascent of 3,700 ft and descent of 4,700 ft, and is about 95% single track. There are three fully stocked aid stations.

The half marathon is a point-to-point course with a net downhill of 1,500 ft and about 500 ft of total gain. It is roughly 85% single track with one aid station at mile 7.1.

A shuttle runs from the finish area to the start; the ride is about 15 minutes. Runners are not permitted to be dropped off at the start and parking is limited near the shuttle turnaround. Participants may bring warm-ups to the start; these items will be transported back to the finish by race staff and should not be left on the shuttle.

Registration opens March 1, 2026. Bib pickup is provided before the races. Finishers receive a medal; the top three in female, male, and non-binary categories receive sponsor prizes. Pre-race sponsor products and a post-race burrito bar are listed. The event benefits the Sisters Trail Alliance and is held under permit with the Deschutes National Forest and the City of Sisters.
