Cancellations more than 30 days before the race are eligible for a 50% credit toward the same event the following year. Cancellations 30 days or less from race day receive no credit, no refund, and no transfer. If the organizer cancels an event and it cannot be feasibly rescheduled, refunds, race credits, and rollovers will not be given; listed causes include COVID-19, wildfires, air quality, natural disasters, and permitting agency closures.
