Incline Vista is a trail race on Cline Butte organized by Alpine Running. The event is staged near Redmond, Oregon and uses newly built trails that connect popular routes on the butte. The site offers broad views from the summit, including the Cascade range to the west and Smith Rock and the Ochoco Mountains to the east.
Distances offered include:
- 20 Mile: route to top of Cline Butte with roughly 2000 ft elevation gain.
- 15K: scenic course with approximately 400 ft elevation gain and mixed terrain.
Course terrain varies from smooth runnable sections to pockets of technical rocky trail. The 20 Mile course reaches the top of Cline Butte and emphasizes summit viewpoints. The 15K presents a shorter, scenic option with less elevation change.
Registration opens on September 1, 2026 at 6:00 AM PT. The organizer’s refund and transfer policy is strict: transfers to other runners are not allowed; cancellations more than 30 days before the race receive a 50 percent credit toward the same event the following year; cancellations within 30 days receive no credit or refund. If the organizer must cancel an event and it cannot be feasibly rescheduled, refunds, credits, and rollovers will not be given. Registration fees support a race beneficiary.
