Suttle Lake Trailfest is a timed trail running event held near Suttle Lake in Sisters, OR. The event offers multiple timed formats on a 3.6 mile loop that gains about 110 ft per loop. The trail is described as well maintained and non-technical, with a soft forest floor and occasional roots.

One aid station is located at the start and finish area. The aid station includes a variety of sweet and salty snacks, water, soda, electrolyte drink, gels and warm food items. Participants may set up a personal aid station nearby for refueling during each loop. Total mileage for each runner is calculated at the completion of each loop.
Free camping is available at South Shore Campground. A warming tent will be on site. Pacers are permitted at the halfway point under specified conditions: after 12 hours for the 24 hour race, after 6 hours for the 12 hour race, and after 3 hours for the 6 hour race.
The organizer is Alpine Running. The event’s refund and transfer policy specifies no transfers to other runners, a 50% credit for cancellations made more than 30 days before the race, and no credit or refund for cancellations within 30 days.
