Suttle Lake Trailfest

Suttle Lake Trailfest is a multi-duration trail event held on a 3.6-mile loop around Suttle Lake with approximately 110 ft of elevation gain per loop. The trail is described as well-maintained and non-technical, with a soft forest floor and occasional roots.

The event offers three timed formats:

  • 24-hour event
  • 12-hour event
  • 6-hour event

One aid station is located at the start/finish area and will provide a variety of sweet and salty snacks, water, soda, electrolyte drink, gels, and warm food items. Participants may set up a personal aid station near the start/finish to refuel during each loop. Total mileage is recorded at the completion of each loop.

Free camping is available at South Shore Campground. A warming tent will be available on site. Pacers may join runners at the halfway point once each race reaches specific elapsed times: 12 hours for the 24-hour event, 6 hours for the 12-hour event, and 3 hours for the 6-hour event.

The event policy states there are no transfers to other runners. Cancellations more than 30 days before the race may receive a 50% credit toward the same event the following year. Cancellations within 30 days of the race are not eligible for credit or refund. If the organizer cancels and the event cannot be rescheduled, refunds, credits, or rollovers will not be given.
