Suttle Lake Trailfest : October 25-26, 2025, Sisters, OR
Suttle Lake Trailfest is a timed trail event held around Suttle Lake with three race formats. The event offers:
- 24-hour
- 12-hour
- 6-hour
Free camping is available at South Shore Campground. Meals will be provided by ETA Catering. A warming tent will be on site. Pacers are allowed at the halfway point for each race: at 12 hours for the 24-hour event, at 6 hours for the 12-hour event, and at 3 hours for the 6-hour event.
Course, aid, and policies
The course is a 3.6-mile loop with about 110 ft of elevation gain per loop. The trail is described as well-maintained and non-technical, with a soft forest floor and occasional exposed roots. One aid station is located at the start/finish area and will offer sweet and salty snacks, water, soda, electrolyte drink, gels, and warm food items. Runners may set up a personal aid station nearby. Total mileage is calculated by completed loops.
Registration transfers are not allowed. Cancellations more than 30 days before the race receive a 50% credit toward the same event next year; cancellations 30 days or less before the race receive no credit, refund, or transfer.
