Logistics and policies

The organizer’s refund and transfer policy is strict: no transfers to other runners. Cancellations more than 30 days before the race may receive a 50% credit toward the same event the following year. Cancellations 30 days or less before the race receive no credit, refund, or transfer. If the organizer must cancel and cannot reschedule, refunds or credits will not be given.
