Oregon Cascades is a pair of point to point trail races between Bend and Sisters, Oregon. The courses run on Cascade trails and combine single-track, gravel roads, and short paved sections. The 100 mile course is a Western States qualifier.
The 100 mile course has roughly 10,900 ft of climb and 11,400 ft of descent, with most climbing concentrated in the first 100K. The route is approximately 78% single-track, 20% gravel or dirt roads, and 2% pavement. There are 12 full aid stations along the 100 mile course.
The 50 mile course begins at Swampy Lakes Sno Park and includes about 4,000 ft of gain and 6,500 ft of loss. The 50 mile course has 6 full aid stations. Both races finish in Sisters, with race logistics organized around point to point travel between Bend and Sisters.
Additional event details include one-way shuttle options between finish and start locations, mandatory bib pick-up and drop-bag drop before race day, a catered post race meal, live splits, and finisher awards for the 100 mile event.
