Oregon Cascades 100

The Oregon Cascades event offers point-to-point trail races between Bend and Sisters, Oregon. The event includes two main distances:

  • 100 mile race - 10,900 ft gain, 11,400 ft loss, 12 full aid stations
  • 50 mile race - 4,000 ft gain, 6,500 ft loss, 6 full aid stations

The 100 mile course is roughly 78% single-track, 20% gravel or dirt road, and 2% pavement. Much of the climbing on the 100 mile is concentrated in the first 100K. The Bend section includes flowing single-track near Mount Bachelor and transitions to more rugged terrain approaching Sisters. The 100 mile race is a Western States qualifier and has a finish cutoff of 32 hours, 1 minute and 18 seconds.

Logistics include a one-way shuttle option for 100 mile runners for a fee; shuttle tickets are non-refundable and available during race registration. The 50 mile entry includes a pre-race one-way shuttle; runners with crew may be dropped at the 50 mile start at Swampy Lakes Sno Park. Bib pickup and drop bag delivery are mandatory on Friday July 24, 2026 at Sisters Middle School Gym; drop bags are not accepted after the stated deadline and there is no day of race bib pickup.

Registration follows tiered pricing and no day of race registration is permitted. Post race meal is provided for runners and volunteers. Official 100 mile finishers receive custom buckles, with an additional sub 24 hour buckle and standard podium prizes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
