Course, support and rules

Participants run repeated 1.6 mile loops with about 65 feet of elevation gain per loop. Runners tally loops on a central "Big Board." There is one aid station on course and organizers will provide water, electrolytes, soup or grilled cheese (or quesadillas), Coke and Sprite, and snacks such as candy, chips, pretzels and fruit.
