Forbidden Forest 30 Hour Ultra Trail Run : Stratford, CT
The Forbidden Forest is a 30-hour trail ultra held at Roosevelt Forest, GPS address 700 Peters Lane, Stratford, CT. The event uses a modified loop course of 2.5 miles per loop with roots, rocky terrain, and one larger hill called "OMG." Runners return to the pavilion at the end of each loop; the pavilion is the sole aid station and provides hydration and food throughout the event.

- 50 miles
- 100K
- 100 miles
- Other distances by continuous laps
Complete 40 loops within the 30-hour window to earn a finisher buckle; a buckle is also issued upon achieving 100 miles. Overall race placings for male and female categories are awarded to the first through third finishers based on the most miles completed during the 30 hours, not solely on reaching 100 miles.
Field size is limited to 50 participants. Registration is final with no refunds, bib transfers, or deferrals. Runners must be at least 18 years old or have a parental or guardian signed waiver. Pacers are permitted under event rules; registered pacers must check in and only one pacer may accompany a runner at a time. Course and event logistics follow local requirements.
