The pavilion serves as the primary aid station. Organizers provide continuous hydration, GU, and snacks through day and night, plus food offerings such as PB&J sliders, pizzas, potatoes, and breakfast sandwiches. A finisher buckle is awarded for completing 45 loops (100 miles) within the 30 hour window; race winners are determined by the most miles completed in the event time, not by reaching 100 miles first.

One pacer per runner is allowed; pacers must register, sign a waiver, check in to receive a wristband, and pay the stated fee options. Unauthorized pacers result in disqualification. Registration is final with no refunds, transfers, or deferrals. Per town ordinance, no overnight camping is allowed on the Friday night before the event. Entrants must be at least 18 years old or have a parent or guardian sign a waiver. Parking space is limited and RVs are not permitted.
