Event details

The Arundel & SDW Winter Trails 2026 is a point-to-point trail run along the South Downs Way. The courses start at Heyshott Village Hall and finish at Arundel Lido, in the town of Arundel near its castle. The event offers two off-road, fully marked distances:

The courses run along river sections, rolling fields and hills. The marathon route includes a suspension bridge feature before joining the River Arun toward the finish. The 15 mile route leaves the South Downs Way to follow the River Arun into Arundel.
