Arundel & SDW Winter Trails 2026 is a double gold-rated trail event along the South Downs, finishing in Arundel. Runners choose between a marathon along the South Downs Way from Heyshott to Arundel (featuring river runs, rolling fields, and a Gurkha Suspension bridge) and a 15-mile option that detours off the SDW to run along the River Arun to the castle town. Start at Heyshott Village Hall; finish at Arundel Lido.

Coach transport links Arundel to the start, with parking at the finish. The fully marked course offers well-stocked aid stations, safety and medical support, on-course photographers, and a bespoke finishers medal. Trees Not Tees option available.
