The Sisters Country 50K and Half Marathon are trail races held on the first Sunday in May. Both courses start and finish at Village Green Park in Sisters, Oregon.

Course and Location

The courses are described as fast and runnable. They are multi-use trails shared with mountain bikers and hikers, which remain open during the event. The final section into town uses paved roads open to vehicles, and participants must not wear headphones on this segment.

Registration and Details

Registration is tiered, with price increases at the end of October, December, and March. Registering by March 30 guarantees a preferred t-shirt size. Participants can pick up their race bib at Village Green Park. The event benefits the Ridgeview High School cross-country team, whose members staff the aid stations.

Post-Race and Awards

After the race, there will be a burrito bar and beer from Cascade Lakes Brewing for participants and volunteers. Each finisher receives a medal, and the top three non-binary/female/male finishers in each race receive sponsor prizes.
