Sisters Country - Sisters, Oregon

Sisters Country is a spring trail running event on Sunday, May 3, 2026, featuring a 50K and a Half Marathon. Both courses start and finish at Village Green Park in the center of Sisters, Oregon. The event takes place on multi-use trails and remains open to other users during the races.

The 50K offers views of the Cascade peaks, including the Three Sisters, with 2400 ft of climbing and 2400 ft of descending. The course is about 85% single track and 15% gravel road, served by five fully stocked aid stations and generous cut-off times. The Half Marathon includes roughly 700 ft of climbing, is about 95% single track, and includes two aid stations.

Pre-race coffee will be available and a post-race burrito bar and beer will be provided for participants and volunteers. Every finisher receives a finisher medal. The top three finishers in each gender category and non-binary division receive prizes from sponsors. The beneficiary is the Ridgeview High School XC team; team members will staff aid stations.

Operational notes: trails are shared with hikers and mountain bikes, and roads into town remain open to vehicles near the finish. Headphones are not permitted once participants reach the paved road to the finish. Dogs are not allowed to run with participants. Registration guarantees shirt size if completed by March 30. The event policy allows no transfers; cancellations more than 30 days before the race receive a 50% credit toward the same event the following year, while cancellations within 30 days receive no credit, refund, or transfer.
