Sisters Country 50K and Half Marathon
Sisters Country offers spring trail races in Sisters, Oregon with both a 50K and a Half Marathon starting and finishing at Village Green Park. The courses pass views of the Cascade peaks, including the Three Sisters, and use existing multi‑use trails that remain open to other users.

The 50K course includes about 2,400 feet of climbing and 2,400 feet of descending, with approximately 85% single track and 15% gravel road. It features five fully stocked aid stations offering electrolyte drink, gels, chips, cookies, and PBJ. There are no drop bags. Crew access is permitted only at Quarry Aid Station (AS3); crew assisting at other aid stations can result in runner disqualification. Time cutoffs apply at AS3 (mile 11.9), AS5 (mile 24), and at the finish.
Event logistics include bib pickup at Village Green Park and tiered registration fees for both distances based on registration dates. Registrations completed by March 30 guarantee shirt size. Post race services include a burrito bar for participants and volunteers and post race recovery from a local provider. Every finisher receives a finisher medal and the top three in the non‑binary, female, and male categories receive prizes. The event benefits the Ridgeview High School cross country team.
Participants should note no dogs are allowed, roads into town are open to vehicles near the finish, and headphones are not permitted once runners reach the paved road to the finish. Numerous lodging options exist in Sisters and nearby Redmond and Bend; the nearest larger airports are in Redmond and Portland. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
