Sisters Country is a spring trail race in Sisters, Oregon, with start and finish at Village Green Park (305 S Fir St). The event includes the following distances:
- 50K
- Half Marathon
The 50K course passes views of the Cascade Peaks, including the Three Sisters. The course has about 2400 ft of climbing and 2400 ft of descending, and consists of approximately 85% single track trails and 15% gravel road. There are five fully stocked aid stations along the course and generous cut-off times.
The Half Marathon route runs mostly through Ponderosa Pine forest and features about 700 ft of climbing. Approximately 95% of the half marathon is on single track trails. There are two aid stations and generous cut-off times.
Registration closes on Fri, May 1 at 11:59 PM PT. The event’s registration policy does not allow transfers to other runners. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the race are eligible for a 50% credit toward the same event the following year; cancellations within 30 days receive no credit, refund, or transfer. If the organizer is forced to cancel and the event cannot be rescheduled, refunds, credits, and rollovers will not be provided.
