Sisters Country

Sisters Country is a pair of spring trail races held Sunday, May 2, 2027, in Sisters, Oregon. Both courses start and finish at Village Green Park in the center of town and use local multi-use trails.

Registration fees vary by date. Half marathon fees are $95 (Oct 1–Nov 30), $105 (Dec 1–Mar 31), and $115 (Apr 1–Apr 28). 50K fees are $125 (Oct 1–Nov 30), $135 (Dec 1–Mar 31), and $150 (Apr 1–Apr 28). Register by March 30 to be guaranteed a shirt size.

Race-day bib pickup is at Village Green Park. Pre-race coffee will be available. A post-race burrito bar and recovery services from Dynamic Sports Rehab are provided for participants and volunteers.

Every finisher receives a medal. The top three in each division non-binary, female, and male receive prizes from sponsors. Ridgeview High School cross country team is the event beneficiary and will staff aid stations.

Trails remain open to other users such as mountain bikers and hikers during the event. Roads are open to vehicles when entering town toward the finish, and headphones are not permitted once on the paved road to the finish. Dogs are not allowed to run with participants. Nearest major airports and towns cited include Redmond (about 30 minutes), Bend (about 30 minutes), and Portland (about 3 hours). Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

A four-race trail series in Bend, Oregon, held April 16 to July 16, 2026, with courses of 4 to 7 miles. Series registration covers all four races and single-race on site registration is available for $25 cash.

Alpine Solstice is an early summer trail race near Bend Oregon held on one of the longest days. It offers a 55K that passes Tumalo Falls and a Half Marathon on classic Central Oregon singletrack.
