Rodley - Rock up n' Run is a pop-up Summer Series event organised by Its Grim Up North Running. The event takes place at the back of the Rodley Barge Pub on Town Street, Rodley, Leeds, with the start and finish behind the pub on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.

Entry fees are listed with a range by distance: the 5k is shown from £10 to £12 and the 10k from £15 to £17. On-site registration is available on the evening of the event; entries can also be paid online or on the day. Pay-on-the-day places are available.

A 23 mile single-lap trail from Guiseley across Rombalds Moor and Ilkley Moor via Ilkley and Otley Chevin. The hilly, moorland course has water stations, limited facilities and an entry limit of 550 which is currently reached.
