Punk Panther Ripon Stinger : Overview

The Punk Panther Ripon Stinger takes place on 11 April 2026, starting and finishing at Studley Roger Village Hall near Ripon (HG4 3AY). The event is organised by Punk Panther Ultra Marathons and forms Race 4 of a 10-race series. Minimum age is 18 and maximum entrants are 200. Entries open 31 July 2025 and close 29 March 2026. The route mainly follows the Ripon Rowel and visits wooded valleys and historic sites including Fountains Abbey, Studley Water gardens, the River Skell Valley of the Seven Bridges, St Margaret’s Church and Hackfall woods. The ultramarathon route includes the Valley of the Seven Bridges for 2026.

Registration and facilities are at Studley Roger Village Hall. A nearby field car park is used for a £2 donation; parking in the village is not permitted. Toilets are available at registration. Checkpoints are at North Stainley (6.5 miles), Masham (14.7 miles, ultra only) and Skelding (varies by distance). Support crews may attend CPs except CP3 Skelding. Ultramarathon entrants receive a tracker; shorter-distance runners may hire a tracker for a fee.
