The NAV4 LAW75 Recce: Buckden to Mallerstang is an exciting running event covering approximately 20+ miles of the LAW75 route. Participants will meet at Kirkby Stephen and take a minibus to Buckden, with the option to return via a supported run. This event is open to everyone, regardless of prior entry, and features regular support points for food and drink. The route includes scenic climbs and stunning views, making it a memorable experience. An evening recce of the Ambleside to Coniston section of the Montane Lakeland 50 and 100 on 17 January 2026. The 16 mile night run includes coach transport, medical support and basic checkpoint refreshments and requires full kit.

Enjoy a classic 4 mile fell race around Whitestones in the Lake District, with scenic climbs and a fully flagged course in the Helm Hill Winter League. Pre entry or pay on the day and junior races for U10 to U16 are included.

A 23 mile winter walk and run around the Lyth Valley from Abbot Hall Social Centre in Kendal, passing Cunswick Fell, Whitbarrow Scar and Scout Scar. The event has mandatory winter kit rules and currently operates a waiting list.
