Mosaic Trail Race
The Mosaic Trail Race takes place on December 5, 2026, at Indian Mound Ranch in Liberty Hill, Texas. The event is organized as a trail running weekend with multiple distances and a youth run, held on ranch land adjacent to the San Gabriel River.

- 1 mile youth run (12 and under, untimed)
The course is laid out like an infinity loop, combining two 5 kilometer sections that pass through a central race hub. One loop is described as mostly flat with technical sections, short climbs, pasture straightaways, ravines, and a bluff overlooking the San Gabriel River. The other loop mixes open pasture and flowy singletrack and is mostly flat. Terrain includes rocks, drops, climbs, cacti, creek beds, bluffs, and short punchy hills typical of hill country singletrack.
Race operations include mass starts by distance and chip timing. Course markings use caution tape, arrows, and confidence markers; reflectors are included for low light. Basic aid station support is provided and the event is cupless, so runners should plan to carry their own cup or bottle. Pacers are not allowed. The youth mile is untimed and awards a finisher medal. Camping is allowed Friday night at the ranch and there is a spectator vehicle fee. Shirt orders close on November 10. Overall awards are given to the top three overall and the top masters finisher per distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
