Basic aid station support is provided; runners can place their own supplies approximately every 5 km. Drop bag service is not provided. All races are chip timed with ankle chips; gun time is used for official results and awards. Pacers are not allowed. Awards: Top 3 overall and Top 1 masters (50+) per distance.
