The RRCA 5 Miler Championship | Oasis Donut Dash is set for November 1, 2025 in Austin, Texas at Bob Wentz Park (7144 Comanche Trl, Austin, TX 78732). The event is officially sanctioned by the Road Runners Club of America and includes a prize purse of $1,000 for the RRCA championship. Distances offered include:

Course, amenities and awards

The course follows lakeside routes along the Lake Travis shoreline with sandy paths and water views. Bob Wentz Park amenities available to participants include beach access at "The Point," covered picnic areas, restrooms and showers, sand volleyball courts, and swimming access. Registration includes park entry and one complimentary drink ticket redeemable at Oasis Texas Brewing Company; non-alcoholic options are available and alcoholic drinks require valid ID. Transportation to the Oasis complex is the responsibility of participants.

The 5-Miler (8K) serves as the official RRCA Texas State Championship and will use verified 5-mile splits from athletes in the 10K and 10 Mile races for scoring. Cash prizes are listed for overall male and female winners. Special championship medals will be awarded in Open, 40+, 50+, 60+, and Adaptive divisions for both male and female athletes.
